How do I report server disconnect logs?

If you experience a server disconnect and need to report it, follow these steps to locate and submit your disconnect logs. This process applies to Minecraft versions 1.21+ only.

Quick Access from Disconnect Screen
If you are still on the disconnect screen, click the "Open Report Directory" button to immediately access your disconnect logs.


For Windows Users


Step 1:
Open the Run Dialog by pressing Win + R on your keyboard.

Step 2:
Type %appdata% and press Enter to open the Roaming folder.

Step 3:
Locate and open the .minecraft folder.

Step 4:
Inside the .minecraft folder, open the debug folder to find the disconnect logs.


For macOS Users


Step 1:
Open Finder from your dock.

Step 2:
Click Go from the top menu and select Go to Folder...

Step 3:
Type ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft and press Return.

Step 4:
Open the debug folder inside the minecraft directory to locate the disconnect logs.


Submitting Your Disconnect Logs


Step 1:
Open the most recent disconnect log in any text editor (such as Notepad on Windows or TextEdit on macOS).

Step 2:
Copy the entire content of the file.

Step 3:
Visit Hastebin and paste the content into the text box.

Step 4:
Click Save to generate a shareable link.

Step 5:
Submit your bug report through the Submit a Ticket page and include the Hastebin link in your message.


Important Note:
These logs help our team investigate and address connection issues more effectively. Ensure that you include the most recent log file when submitting your bug report.
